Enjoy guided yoga while being serenaded by 7 harmonic crystal bowls. Afterwards we will be serving Botany-Bilt teas and hanging out!  Enjoy the sounds of 7 harmonic crystal bowls while relaxing in a hammock and sipping boujee tea at Hemlock Lake park. We have been doing these events all summer at Hemlock Park and we hope to get a few more in before it gets too cold!  Thank you for your interest and support!
