Red Superfoods contain lycopene, anthocyanin, beta carotene, vitamin C. Supports heart health and brain function, regular blood sugar, balanced hormones and management of inflammation.

Orange / Yellow Superfoods contain betacarotene, flavonoids, and Vitamin C. Our bodies convert betacarotene into vitamin A which is an important antioxidant.

Green Superfoods contain vitamin A, B, C, K, E. calcium, fiber, iron, lutein, iron and the full spectrum of
micronutrients, promoting healthy blood glucose, blood pressure, healthy aging and cellular repair.
